Welcome From Our Editor
As City AM prepares to mark its 20th anniversary later this year, we are thrilled to announce the return of the City AM Awards on the 6th May at the Guildhall.
The Awards represent one of the biggest and most keenly anticipated events in the business calendar, powered by a panel of incredible judges and offering recognition to the very best companies and leaders in the UK - whether they're based in the City or across the country.
City AM's leadership team works hand-in-hand with our illustrious judges to determine a shortlist of nominees before the judging panel meet to debate the nominees and vote for a winner.
From banks to law firms and from individual entrepreneurs to visionary leaders, the City AM Awards is a unique celebration of business, innovation, success and impact.
Nominees for each category are determined by a group of experts including the senior operational and editorial leadership team at City AM, drawing on the expertise of our Judging Panel. The group will also evaluate and consider external nominations. To submit a nomination please complete the nomination form on the nominations page on this site with the name of the category for which you are proposing a nomination; full details of the proposed nominee (name of business or individual along with website link) and a statement of no more than 500 words to support the nomination.
We look forward to seeing you on the 6th May, for an unforgettable celebration.

2023 Awards Highlights
History of the Awards
The City AM Awards were founded in 2010 by Harry Owen and Lawson Muncaster to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements and remarkable contributions by both businesses and individuals across the Square Mile and beyond.
From the start, the occasion was hailed as a unique opportunity for hundreds of people to gather for a great evening and an opportunity to honour those who go above and beyond in their fields, whether banking, law, investments, insurance, tech or entrepreneurship. This spirit has endured, and today the City AM Awards remain one of the most hotly-anticipated nights in the business calendar.
The Judging Panel has featured the biggest and most respected names from across the worlds of business and finance and, over the years, Awards have been picked up by distinguished veterans, breakthrough businesses and entrepreneurs who have gone on to reach ever greater heights.
Prime Ministers, Chancellors, Mayors, CEOs and Chairs of FTSE100 companies have joined as Guest Speakers and the event is now recognised for the caliber of attendees, the input of exceptional judges and the sense of occasion generated at breathtaking venues. As City AM enters its 20th year, here's to many more Awards - and more winners - in the future.
